Roots & Education

Born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware, I attended St. Edmond's Academy and Tower Hill. Johns Hopkins awarded me the BA in Political Science and I fulfilled the equivalent of a BA in Mathematics. MIT awarded me the Doctorate in Political Science, with emphasis upon International Relations and National Defense Policy. Delaware Rotary awarded me a scholarship to audit the Masters War Studies program at King's College, London, England.

I interned in US Senator William V. Roth's Washington, DC office, briefly worked for Northrop Grumman and managed Defense Department accounts for Sprint Government Systems Division.

A Career in Public Policy & Teaching

Most of my career has been either in the public policy arena or in teaching. I have done contract work for the Defense Department, American Enterprise Institute and High Frontier, and have taught history, world politics, American government, and speech and debate at American University, Lincoln University and for my own business — Statesman Debate Institute.

From 1996 to 2000, I chaired the National Coalition for Defense, whose board numbered 45 major personages, representing every branch of military service and intelligence, and including U.S. Senator James Inhofe and Admiral James 'Ace' Lyons who was President Reagan's Commander-in-Chief of the Pacific Fleet. In this capacity, I took on the foreign-policy establishment, telling the truth about the Soviet Union and Russia — that they maintained, in turn, a massive and quite illegal (treaty-breaching) missile defense capable of blunting most of our own strategic nuclear forces.

Journalism, Campaigns & Discovery

From 2004 to 2007, I published the award-winning, Maryland-based, The Citizens' Monitor.

I stood for the US House in the 2008 Republican primary for Maryland Congressional District 1 (mostly located on the Eastern Shore). My campaign centered around 3 editions of a detailed policy tabloid and 1 edition of a state-wide, detailed policy tabloid. These tabloids and my campaign stood upon my second book — The Decline And Fall Of The American Way — which attempted to discern what had made America great and how to restore this greatness.

In 2013, I received the greatest shock of my career. I learnt about an array of brilliant and successful, early American currency and banking practices that most history books skip over or say very little about. These practices tended to be even-handed, favoring all citizens, rich, middle class and poor, and promoted production over speculation.

I have authored seven books, several of which incorporated my 2013 discovery. About ten months ago, I turned in earnest to my video channel — America Resurgent. I am happy to say that there is a thriving, anti-uniparty Independent Press in this country. I am unhappy to say that evidently the grips of the legacy press and allied influencers remain strong.
